1. M&A Advisory Services
RavBal Advisory provides merger and acquisition (M&A) advisory services exclusively for digital assets including SaaS, Content Media, and Premium Domains. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and any subsequent Representation Agreements.
2. Exclusivity & Representation
Unless otherwise specified in a signed agreement, our representation includes a 90-day exclusivity period. During this period, you agree not to list the asset with other M&A firms or engage in private sales without notifying RavBal.
3. Valuation Disclaimers
Estimates provided via our website or initial valuations are non-binding. Final multiples and sale prices are determined by market conditions, buyer due diligence, and final asset performance validation.
4. Escrow and Fees
All transactions must be completed using a verified third-party Escrow service (e.g., Escrow.com) to ensure the safety of both parties. RavBal’s advisory fees will be deducted directly from escrow upon successful transfer of the digital assets.
